I took my 2 year old son in for a cleaning and they did such a good job with him! My husband and I did some prep work before we went in so my son knew what to expect, but the whole staff at Richfield Family Dental went out of their way to help him feel comfortable and make the whole experience enjoyable. They let him touch all the tools they used and they explained everything in a very simple manner so he understood what they were doing. The staff congratulated him the whole way and let him know how good he was doing. I was so impressed and so grateful for all of them! They do a great job with kids!

Gosh. Everyone here is so amazing. The dentist was very kind and explained everything and took care of me better then any dentist my whole life. Unfortunately growing up... we all have had that experience. His assistant was amazing in getting to know me and talking to ease my nerves. She even gave me a blanket. The friendly atmosphere eased my shaking and I will be sending my husband here. Everyone was knowledgeable and very good at what they do. Thank you for taking care of me!

We love Dr. Topher. He explains what he is doing before and during the procedures, which I really appreciate as a parent. My kids can and do ask questions and he answers them all. He also lets me know of potential issues that may develop and has the knowledge and experience to make patients feel confident and cared for. Definitely recommend.

Pleasant people there. The smell and environment is relaxing and not uptight like a dentist office. They got right to the problem on the first visit instead of making us come back. Thanks for treating us so kindly. Wonderful place I highly recommend it!
